Approximately 45 minutes southwest of Asheville, Nest Cabins is located on a 52-acre parcel in the township of Cullowhee, North Carolina. Originally part of a large family trust in the area, the Nest Cabins property contains the top of the Sugar Creek Ridge and adjoins US Forestry Service land. A creek running through the property adds to the beauty of the setting.
Even though Nest has a feeling of natural isolation, it is only a short trip to the towns of Sylva and Dillsboro and to Western Carolina University. Other attractions in the area include the Blue Ridge Parkway, Sliding Rock, numerous rafting opportunities, and artisan communities.
Our goal when looking for the property that would become Nest was to find a spot that, once you have visited, you never want to leave. With this special property, we accomplished that goal.
